Day 7 — One week down

Had my second workout, arrived a bit early so I did 15 minutes of cardio before my workout. We did a rowing test that we will use to guage progress over the next 27 weeks. I did 1km in 4:45.

I wanted to take advantage of the nice weather when I got home so I went for a bike ride to Marymoor Park.

Tomorrow I start on week 2 diet and add vegetables.
