First day of another work week. I had a workout with Jessi today, a bit tougher then previous ones. I mistakenly told her my wife thought she was taking it easy on me and I think she might have taken that as a personal challenge.
Also had group workshop tonight.
With the good weather I got in some steps at work and finished the day at about 12,000.
Meal plan is going good.
I’ve decided to adjust my high intensity workout schedule to Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to fill in between personal trainer workouts.
