Day 13 — Chop, chop, chop

I’m not sure how many calories chopping vegetables burns but I hope a lot as I seem to spend a lot of my time chopping vegetables. Was running low again so went grocery shopping after Ainsley was a sleep. I found a great deal at QFC on blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. I also stocked up on celery, carrots and cucumbers. So now I have three days supply of vegetables and fruit, all chopping and in single serving containers.

Today was not a workout day so I did the 7 minute high intensity workout at home. I’m thinking about starting squash to help get exercise when I’m not doing gym workouts, but maybe I’ll leave that to after the summer. I had no meetings today so didn’t get many steps in at work, only 6,100 for the day.

I have my dietician appointment tomorrow morning and week two weigh-in. I create a fancy graph to track weigh loss which I will share tomorrow.

I think I will switch to stage three of the diet, but I’m not sure what that adds. Hopefully it doesn’t need to be chopped.
